MDN Exteriors – Digital Exterior Design Services
1. Scope of Services
MDN Exteriors provides virtual exterior design services, including consultation, concept development, and digital renderings tailored to each client’s home and preferences. Services are delivered digitally and do not include physical construction, material procurement, or on-site supervision.
Design recommendations are conceptual in nature and intended to guide aesthetic decisions.
2. Project Commencement
Design work is considered commenced once project review, concept development, or digital drafting begins following receipt of payment and all required client materials (including photos, measurements, or blueprints).
Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to the initiation of design services unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting payment, the client secures their project within the design schedule.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe using encrypted, industry-standard technology. MDN Exteriors does not store payment information.
By submitting payment, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MDN Exteriors to seek resolution.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and custom nature of exterior design services, refunds will not be granted once design work has commenced.
Clients are encouraged to ask any questions prior to submitting payment.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Supply high-quality photos, measurements, and materials as requested.
- Respond in a timely manner to communications and feedback requests.
- Delays in communication or incomplete materials may impact estimated delivery timelines.
6. Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery timeframe for the final design visual is 3–5 business days following receipt of all necessary information and materials. Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
7. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, renderings, and visual materials created by MDN Exteriors remain the intellectual property of MDN Exteriors.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design for personal residential purposes only.
Designs may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Implementation and Contractor Responsibility
MDN Exteriors provides aesthetic design guidance only. All construction, contractor selection, material purchases, permits, and implementation decisions are the sole responsibility of the client.
MDN Exteriors is not liable for construction outcomes, contractor performance, material availability, or deviations from the provided design concepts.
9. Limitation of Liability
MDN Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or reliance on the provided design services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
11. Changes to Terms
MDN Exteriors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting to the website.
